We offer Individual Coaching on a one to one basis, which we recommend for people new to exercise or anyone wanting individual attention to work on particular aspects of their performance and fitness. coaches | |

We offer Elements classes which we recommend for anyone not yet fully familiar with the Crossfit menu of functional movements. |
Our athletes quickly progress from these to one of our many small-group Crossfit Classes. These have been described as 'personal training in a group setting'. |
