We offer Individual Coaching on a one to one basis, which we recommend for people new to exercise or anyone wanting individual attention to work on particular aspects of their performance and fitness. coaches      
We encourage people as soon as possible to take part in our Small Group Training classes. class schedule    

We offer Elements classes which we recommend for anyone not yet fully familiar with the Crossfit menu of functional movements. 

Our athletes quickly progress from these to one of our many small-group Crossfit Classes. These have been described as 'personal training in a group setting'.  

                                              

              

                                    

All these sessions perfectly embody the spirit of Crossfit, with intensive coaching and instruction blended with the sense of camaraderie and competitiveness that comes from working out with others in a supportive community of athletes.
